  1. Requirements

    We turn business goals into a written scope: touchpoints, data, users, integrations and reporting.

  2. Solution design

    We design surveys, contact data, automation, dashboards and case management as one solution.

  3. Build

    We configure the platform, or review what your partner configures, and work with your developers on data feeds and integrations.

  4. Test

    We test end to end with your own data, including edge cases, permissions and languages.

  5. Launch and handover

    We plan the go-live and train your administrators and users. You get the documentation at handover.

Can you work with our systems integrator?

Yes. We can lead the work, own the design or check the integrator's work on your behalf.

Do you write integration code?

We specify integrations and work through them with your developers. Our principal consultant began as a software engineer, so those conversations are direct.

How long does an implementation take?

Three things set the length: how many touchpoints you launch with, how many integrations feed them and how many markets go live. The proposal gives you a plan with dates.
