Why independence matters.
UnfoldCX isn't affiliated with Qualtrics and isn't a Qualtrics partner or reseller. We don't sell licences, and our only part in your commercial negotiation is helping you understand what you need.
If a problem can be fixed with what you already own, we tell you. The same goes when the cause is survey design or ownership and a new module won't help.
On method we're neutral. Programme design, measurement, governance and review are the same work on any platform, and we're glad to do it for organisations that don't use Qualtrics at all.

Is UnfoldCX a Qualtrics partner or reseller?
No. UnfoldCX is independent and has no affiliation with Qualtrics or any other platform vendor. You buy your licence from Qualtrics or one of its resellers, and we earn nothing from that sale or from your renewal.
Can you work alongside Qualtrics' own services team or a partner?
Yes. We can do the hands-on work, own the design, or act as your independent reviewer while another team builds.
Which parts of the platform do you cover?
Our work is on the customer experience side: surveys, contact data, workflows and tickets, dashboards and text analytics, plus the integrations that feed them.
